Website enquiries

When you use the Contact or “Ask a risk question” form, Risk Consulting London Limited receives the details you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, organisation, enquiry topic, delivery preference and message. Please do not submit passwords, credentials or unnecessary confidential or special-category personal data.

We use enquiry information to respond, understand your requirements, arrange requested discussions and manage a potential or existing professional engagement. Depending on the circumstances, processing may be based on your consent, steps requested before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, or our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and operating our services.

How form delivery works

The forms are processed through a Cloudflare Pages Function and delivered by Resend to Risk Consulting London’s business inbox. Cloudflare and Resend act as service providers involved in transmitting the enquiry and may keep limited technical or delivery logs under their own terms and retention practices. The website does not publish your form contents, and the email-service credential is held server-side rather than in the browser.

Retention and sharing

Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship, keep appropriate business records, meet legal or regulatory obligations, or resolve disputes. It is not sold. It may be shared with professional advisers or service providers where necessary and subject to appropriate safeguards, or where disclosure is required by law.

Monthly Regulatory & Risk Briefing

Registration is optional and separate from website enquiries. We use your email address, optional name and firm, subscription status, confirmation date and consent version to administer the monthly briefing. Resend stores these records and delivers confirmation, preference and briefing emails. We rely on your consent for the briefing. You join the mailing list only after confirming your email address. We do not enrol people who merely contact us.

The briefing contains regulatory and risk information, not sales pitches or promotional marketing emails. You can withdraw consent using the unsubscribe link in every briefing or our unsubscribe page. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. We keep limited subscription and suppression records to respect your preferences and demonstrate consent; these are not used for promotional contact. Pending registrations and older records are reviewed for deletion when no longer needed.

Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and device signals to protect registration and preference requests from automated abuse. We use this protection for security, not advertising. Our email and hosting providers may process data outside the UK subject to their applicable data-protection safeguards. Contact us for further information or to exercise your rights.

Website chat

The guided website assistant uses prepared website information. Guided messages remain in the current page and are cleared when the page reloads or you start a new conversation. Choosing “Send an enquiry” may temporarily store your last question in this browser tab to prefill the contact form; it is not sent until you submit that form.

If optional AI mode is available, it is clearly labelled and requires you to choose it before messages are transmitted. Your question and recent AI conversation history are processed by Cloudflare and OpenAI to generate a reply. Do not enter confidential client information, credentials or sensitive personal data. We request that OpenAI does not store the response as application state; this does not eliminate provider security or abuse-monitoring retention under its data controls. We do not operate a chat transcript database. AI output can be inaccurate and is not professional advice.

Cloudflare Turnstile protects AI requests. AI and guided chat cannot enrol you in the briefing, email an enquiry or book a meeting automatically. You can return to guided mode at any time.

Cookies and analytics

No non-essential cookies or third-party analytics are included in this version of the website. If analytics, embedded media or additional services are added later, this notice should be updated accordingly.
